Job Responsibilities:
* Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking,
and cold calling.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target
industries.
* Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close new business
deals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to
create effective
strategies and solutions for clients.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations tailored to the specific needs of
clients.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify
areas for growth
and differentiation.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company.
* Provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts on sales activities to management.
* Build a solid pipeline of qualified leads and actively manage the sales process from lead
generation to contract
closure.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance
brand visibility
and generate new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in ICT or
service industry.
* Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and business development
strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain
effective relationships
with clients.
* Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Ability to understand client needs and effectively position company products/services as
solutions.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* Positive and collaborative work environment.
